UX/UI Designer Looking for Part-time Position as UX/UI Designer

Hi! My name’s Qing, some friends also call me Linda. I am a UX designer and a landscape designer based in Vancouver, Canada. I have been a UX designer for almost 2 years and a landscape designer for over 8 years.

Being a landscape designer have trained me to follow a design process from research, existing conditions analysis, low-fi design sketches, mid-fi concept plans, to hi-fi detail drawings, client review/user testing, to construction administration/design execution phases. The design procedure which also shared with the UX design industry.

With the past 2 years project experience as a UX designer, I have learned in depth about the design thinking and user centered design strategies, my design mindset also has been nurtured through working directly with the stakeholders to explore business visions while being an advocate for the users.

My well-established design skills, user-centered design mindset, collaborative personality make me an asset to any team. I am adept in conducting user research, user flows, user journeys, affinity mapping, information architecture, wireframing, user interface design, user interaction design, prototyping and usability testing.

I graduated from Auburn University with a Master Degree in Landscape Architecture, and a Certificate of User Experience Design from BrainStation Vancouver Campus
