I starting working as a Customer Experience Specialist at Air Canada in September 2022.

• Comfortable to lead and guide my team according to standard operating procedures when they ask for my advice
• High knowledge in standard operating procedures for international and domestic arrivals
• Comfortable making judgement calls with out consulting a lead if that call follows Air Canada's
policies and procedures that they have outlined
• Able to communicate with STOC and leads when needed

I am currently doing my Bachelor of commerce Majoring in Computing and Info Systems. I am in my third year and I am expected to graduate in December 2024.
