An enthusiastic and dedicated student at Seneca Polytechnic, seeking a position as a Ground Agent, Customer Service Representative, or Baggage Handler in airport and airline services and warehouse. As a Customer Service Representative, I provided exceptional service and support to clients, efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving issues. I assisted customers with product selection and purchases while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times. In my role as a Warehouse Associate, I operated forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, managed inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, and assisted in daily warehouse operations. I also utilized Microsoft Suite for inventory tracking and reporting, ensuring accurate and efficient logistics management.

I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Flight Service Operations at Seneca Polytechnic, Toronto, with an expected graduation in December 2025. Previously, I completed my High School +2 in Science from DAV College in Kathmandu, Nepal, graduating in 2019. Throughout my education, I have developed strong skills in Microsoft Suite, which I have effectively utilized in various academic and professional settings.
