I love the environment retail stores, I have loved shopping and buying items ever since I was small, i enjoy the different stores dedication to delivering great products and fostering an energetic and inclusive environment. It would be a privilege to contribute to that mission.

Through my volunteer work at a local hospital, I gained valuable experience in providing compassionate, customer-focused service under pressure. Whether supporting staff or assisting patients, I learned to remain calm and empathetic, prioritize tasks effectively, and create positive experiences even in challenging situations. These skills are directly transferable to retail, where customer satisfaction is paramount.

Additionally, my experience as a member of my school’s student council helped me develop strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. I worked collaboratively to plan and execute large-scale initiatives, which required adaptability, creativity, and teamwork. I am eager to bring this proactive mindset to any stores fast-paced, customer-centered environment.

I have volunteering at the Peterborough Regional Health Center hospital for over a year, experiencing customer service and support
