Worked predominantly as a freelance or sub-contract programmer for various full-service marketing agencies DBA Electric Silk.

Project Manager/Development Consultant:

CCH Canadian Ltd. (Formerly CANTAX, 1998-1999).
Created/assisted in the creation of viable plans for the successful delivery of CANTAX software products. Enhanced timely delivery for seasonal tax software products through MS Project training and implementation. Provided training in project management issues. Established controlled development methodologies and proactive management practices which dramatically reduced reactionary development issues and contributed directly to the timely delivery of all products. Played a key role as the manager of the Internet Web Site Upgrade project for the 1998/1999 season, achieving a 500% increase in online sales orders over the previous season.
