The Simple Truth of Service: Inspired by Johnny the Bagger, this was a great read. I had the chance to review this book, by Ken Blanchard & Barbarab Glanz; when doing an English degree in Brantford, Ontario. I am a writer who is passionate about working with words and knowledgeable in different areas such as social work and working with the vulnerable demographic such as the elderly and person(s) with complex disabilities. For example, this weekend; I went to Scarborough Town Centre, and took interest in the different job titles. Through lived experiences and working in roles such as Customer Service and Sales; I have come to learn more about the job market through asking the right questions in connection to the hidden job market.Yet, one thing remains transparent and that is my passion for working with words that I continue to offer to clients who are too busy with meeting other deadlines.
