Rashmi Nayak

A result oriented Instructional Designer with an experience of almost four years in needs analysis, learning and development, and project management. 

I have 3+ years of experience in instructional and content design and training materials development. In my role as an Instructional Designer at Ellucian Higher Education, I designed and developed engaging training materials. I collaborated with managers and SMEs to understand learning needs and address skill gaps. I can assess content, identify opportunities, and make necessary changes for a particular audience / business need. I administered the Learning Management System along with other tasks such as audio and video recording and editing. My previous role at Deloitte Consulting was where I started my journey in Instructional Design, consulting, and project management. Here, I designed detailed development plans for project execution for ERP implementations for clients across a wide range of industries. I possess knowledge of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and training methodologies.
