I possess ample skill in tending to a client’s queries while using my excellent problem solving skills to arrive at the appropriate solution.
Additionally, having a strong background in joint customer service roles has endowed me with strong team building skills needed to collaboratively implement assigned goals and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. My certified involvement in community consultation and teaching efforts has helped me cultivate the patience required to help make a client feel accommodated and heard.
Finally, being engaged in academic endeavours as well as continued involvement in IT boot camps such as the NPower Junior Quality Assurance program has sharpened my intellectual capabilities and equipped me with the discipline necessary for growth in a fast paced industry.
