As a motivated individual, I am extremely interested in applying for the advertised technical support analyst position.

I have been working as technical support analyst for 9yrs in multiple IT organizations in India. My responsibilities in this role included providing customer service and assisting with their issues and requests whilst call, chat and service requests. 

Regarding my ability to meet the specific requirements of this job:

• Providing clients with a single point of contact for a wide range of operational issues and account management queries, including addressing execution and position breaks.

• Liaising with Core Operations groups such as Messaging, Onsite, Application and Accounts Teams to solve queries.

• Work independently, or with team members and management, on strategic projects and process improvement initiatives to reduce risk and/or improve client service delivery basic qualifications.

• Successfully handling multiple tasks, takes initiative to improve own performance, works intensely toward extremely challenging goals and persists in the face of obstacles or setbacks.

My teachers and employers have commended me for my high level of interpersonal skills and naturally engaging personality. My motivations include learning new things and the challenge of meeting key objectives.
