Hello, My name is Rebecca. I graduated a few years ago from Norquest College with a diploma in Community Support Work. Additionally, I have completed my healthcare CAP assessment test. I have continued to expand my education by taking various courses related to community services, aiming to enhance my ability to assist those in need and to work in diverse communities. In my personal time, I have also increased my volunteer involvement within my local community. I am currently seeking employment as a Community Support Worker or in a similar role, including office assistance positions where my skills can be utilized. I have many years of work experience, both individually and as part of a team. Furthermore, I possess strong communication and technical skills, honed through my communications courses. My work experience includes roles as a supervisor and assistant manager, along with performing shift work and holding government sector clearance. I have extensive experience working with individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities, managing their activities of daily living (ADLS), and maintaining case notes. Additionally, I have been involved in community engagement initiatives.

My most recent education includes a Community Support Worker program, which provided hands-on clinical experience and a comprehensive understanding of diverse communities, including geriatric patients, homelessness, and addiction.
