Through obtaining a Bachelor, I have gained the ability to problem-solve, analyze information and organize resources. My workplace experience in allocating human and material resources and my ability to implement and formulate organizational policies makes me an ideal candidate. Additionally, my experience in multiple managerial roles has allowed me to not only focus on efficiency and high-quality service but also increase employee engagement.
