Experience
I have over three years of experience in the hospitality industry, with three yearsof that time spent as a supervisor and kitchen manager. As a supervisor, I was responsible for managing the Back of the House employees and ensuring that daily operations ran smoothly. This included creating schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
As a kitchen manager, I managed food preparation and production, developed and executed menus, managed inventory and costs, and trained kitchen staff. Throughout my career, I have always prioritized providing exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality standards.
I possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, which have been essential in my roles as a supervisor and kitchen manager. I thrive under pressure and am able to maintain a high level of quality while multitasking. I am passionate about learning and have continuously sought out opportunities to expand my skillset through courses, workshops, and on-the-job learning.

Through my studies, I also had the opportunity to participate in internships and other practical experiences, which allowed me to apply my knowledge in real-world situations and develop skills in areas such as leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
