I'm a Japanese starting a working holiday in Vancouver this May. Since diving into the hospitality industry, I’ve derived the greatest joy from ensuring customer satisfaction above all else. Moreover, my recent experience in an English-speaking environment has enhanced my English skills to a functional level, hoping to make significant contributions to this team. In my spare time, I enjoy casually cooking a wide variety of dishes I discover through social media. Additionally, I often go bouldering, skiing, and play football whenever I have the chance.

Worked for a lodge right in front of Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort in Japan with 5 people who all are English speaker. Excelled in an environment that valued effective communication and collaboration. Especially, trusted be responsible for connecting the Village community to our lodge and also the requests which customer had as Japanese and English
speaker such as communication with local businesses and restaurants, arranging all the dinner for customers.
In addition, entrusted with lodge cleaning duties, guest transportation, breakfast preparation, and cashing up.
