I currently work Part-time as a Telecom Consultant, sourcing out Internet/IT options for businesses.

I am seeking either a PT afternoon position as a Call Centre Specialist or Business Customer Service Rep, preferably in Mississauga.

Experience

My professional experience is centered around Client Services, primarily in the IT Space for the last 20 years, but looking to break free from IT world.  

I am a Pro-Active leader, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strong follow-up and follow-through, reliable and hard-working with a focus on providing outstanding service.

Education

Various courses in Sales/Selling Technique as well as over 18 years in Toastmasters with Advanced Communication/Leadership and Presentation capabilities.
