Experience

 

  • Delivered 2-year, $10M project to upgrade critical operation planning software (NOMS iTOA) used by over 500 people across Hydro One.
  • Delivered project to replace Avaya PBX call centre telephony with cloud-based Bell Total Connect (BTC) On Demand Contact Centre (ODCC) for The Source’s customer care centre, head office and retail stores.
  • Led project management team for project that refreshed IT-OT infrastructure and software for Hydro One’s Bulk Energy System (BES) Network Management System (EMS NMS DMS OMS). Mission critical, 50 million-dollar, multi-year, cross stakeholder groups project put into service with minimal outages at the Ontario Grid Control Centres 
  • Delivered $10M dollar project that delivered an integrated voice and telephony system (IVR) to replace end-of life PBX based system used in Hydro One’s Ontario Grid Control Centres for transmission control and distribution dispatch.
