I worked as a wireless technical support at Rogers communication for 17 years for Apple and Android devices. I provide after sales support for issues concerning the client's data and voice connectivity. As an extended function, I also do sales and other care related concerns to avoid transfers which on turn results to a better customer experience.  My years of experience helped me develop people skills to effectively deal with irate customers with patience and respect by taking ownership of their issues.
