I have 20 years of retail experience and leadership at various volumes. I would consider myself to be a people person.  I excel at the People part of my job, in regards to knowing what the objective is, spending the time to coach and develop my team and following up.  Enjoyment in my role comes from the people development and guest engagement, giving an exceptional experience to the internal and external guests.  I also take the time to drive the business through analysis of root causes in performance, strengths and how to improve opportunities.  Always aware of how my behaviours impact others and able to self-manage.  I am continuously looking for ways to self improve and take on additional work load.  In regard to self improvement and to bring further education to my work , I have pursued additional learnings that would benefit my career and to improve my skill set.
