Experience

1)I have the experience working in a call centre at rogers company ,with my communication ability ,I was able to work effectively due to my qualification as a guidance counsellor,That includes interaction between the counsellor  and the clients .As a counsellor I have the knowledge to build confidence in interaction.knowledge about duties ,problems that may arise .knowledge about products and services .This is a way of removing the doubt of customers for responsible solitons 

(2)As a teacher and a counsellor in the college ,i was able to collect data through interview ,psychological test ,case study and continuous assessment .The collection of data was used to determine how academic performance progress has been made ,To determine the level of academic adjustment of the students and to determine the overall academic adjustment of the students ,,The staff and academic management .The information is analyzed using excel and spread sheet .The information is disseminated to the management to determine how academic progress has been made and to point out the area which modifications needs to be made,For effective management and administration.The information of the students is also  received such as Age ,Gender ,Parents name ,name of students peculiar to them for future promotion to the next calls or placements.The information is disseminated to parents and the management,For instance students who are not up to the benchmark of scores can be counselled ,Give special attention,extra teaching for academic adjustment.counselling service and follow up can also be given to parents on how to support the students 

(3)I also have the experience at Amazon company ,As a Fc machine operator .I received ,checking and sorting the full  range of Amazon  products that enter the warehouse. Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Relocating products using forklifts, pump trucks and power pallet trucks.
