My name is Rosalina Ghenalyn, 29, Currently holding Student Visa, enrolled at Georgian College, Ilac Toronto Campus engaging in Business Program, a two-years program. And I just love communication and business management. My country home is Philippines, I am mother of 3 beautiful kids that left also in our country. I am a firm believer that we can make someone’s day better with a smile, or with words of encouragement, or with simply being attentive to their feelings. I always wanted to work in banking, and since your bank is my target company, I decided to apply for a job of a customer service with you. It seems a perfect match to my strengths and expectations. Outside of work I enjoy spending time reading books and discovering cultural sights in my neighborhood.

I am an experienced Customer Associate Record not directly in my responsibilities in banking world but in my current and previous experienced, who can create, manage customer values, maintain and work hard to grow your business. Administrative tasks are duties related to maintaining an office setting. These duties vary widely from workplace to workplace but most often include tasks such as preparation and analyzing civil works not only in maintaining records of deposits, financial reports, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining organized file systems for the organization.

I have an admirable persuasive quality to handle the clients over the counter, internet or even calls. Besides, I can make presentation with a very short time and in an effective way. For my work purpose I have a nice arrangement of Accounting and Engineering Techniques with a powerful vision in analyzing technical problems, and financial reports. It allows me working any time night or day with my trousers. I work in such environment and enjoy the variety of works the job brings each day.

Currently enrolled at Georgian College Toronto Campus started on January 8, 2024, until 2025 as expected. Studied Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at Southern Luzon State University Gumaca Campus, Quezon Province, Philippines between 2012-2014 then transferred and continued studying as BSA (3rd year level) at SLSU Lucban Main Campus, Quezon Province, Philippines 2014-2016.
