Hello, my name is Saihim, just call me Sam. Nice to meet you. I have a lot of experience in restaurants, especially in the front house. I was a former supervisor in cinema in South Korea, worked as a manager in the hospitality industry, few times worked as a server. After I came to Canada, mostly I worked as a server in a few restaurants. My strengths are responsibility, punctuality, and socializing. I have an experience in the military. There I learned a lot about responsibility and leadership. I know how to work hard, and I know how to work as a team. Being punctual is a necessary thing to do in every workplace. This is a necessary thing to do in the workplace, and that’s why I never break it. Also, I believe social skill is the key point that can make the restaurant thrive. I believe every people are a potential guest in the restaurant, and that’s why every people should be welcome to join the place. Greeting, having small talk, dealing with the problem when the customer gets in trouble, etc. These things can satisfy the customers, and that can be the way to have more guests, which can be the first step to making the restaurant thrive. I am a person who understands this and knows how to satisfy customers. I’m a person who is a lot interested in the food industry field.
