I've worked as a Car Consultant, focusing on building strong customer relationships, demonstrating vehicles, negotiating and closing sales, handling paperwork, providing after-sales support, staying well-informed about products, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a professional demeanor. Additionally, I served as a Customer Relationship Manager, offering support for vehicle maintenance and repair. This included addressing customer concerns, scheduling appointments, estimating costs, coordinating with technicians, handling billing and payments, maintaining detailed records, and consistently delivering excellent customer service.
