Having recently completed my Honors Bachelor of Computer Science, with a focus on Mobile Computing, at Sheridan College, I have gained a solid foundation in programming, software design, and web application development. Throughout my education, I have excelled in coursework such as Algorithms & Data Structures, Mobile Application Development, and Web Application Design. In my previous role as an Integrations Team Lead at Skinopathy, I played a pivotal role in developing an iOS and Android mobile application for user medical assessment. By implementing efficient testing scripts, I significantly improved application efficiency by 85%, resulting in 50% faster loading times for users. As a preliminary project manager, I collaborated closely with executives to define objectives and expectations, leading to a successful soft release within three months. I also spearheaded the setup of continuous integration and deployment for both Android and iOS platforms, streamlining the development process.

During my tenure as a Senior Software Engineer at OEConnection, I successfully developed a front-end application for repair facilities, utilizing REST API services. By designing and implementing high-performing microservices backend, I ensured low-latency, high availability, and scalability to support application data flow. Moreover, I achieved 90% code test coverage using NUnit for the REST APIs and worked collaboratively with internal teams to optimize code efficiency, resulting in an 80% reduction in API upload time. Additionally, I was responsible for implementing multiple ETL Databases, handling over 300 thousand records daily from diverse data sources.

At The Source (BCE), as a Software Developer, I contributed to the development of a web dashboard application for data visualization, providing valuable insights to over 320 Canadian stores. I also created a mobile application for sales and product recommendations, resulting in a significant increase of unit-per-ticket by 115% month-over-month. Furthermore, as a Software/QA Developer at CTOBoost, I developed an e-commerce site integrated with payment gateway APIs and designed and implemented REST APIs for a web application. My meticulous testing approach identified over 30 bugs in a single cycle, contributing to the overall quality of the application.

In my thesis/project, I expanded on the Yolov4 machine-learning algorithm to develop a Fire Code Violation Detection Software/App. With an accuracy rate of up to 92%, the software allowed users to detect violations using images or live camera feeds. This project showcases my ability to apply advanced algorithms and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
