I have over 4 years of professional experience in IT support and infrastructure, working in both enterprise and government environments. My expertise includes Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VMware (vSphere, ESXi), and backup solutions like Veritas NetBackup. I’ve provided end-to-end technical support, resolved hardware/software issues, and managed IT assets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. I also have hands-on experience with networking fundamentals, VPNs, and ITIL-based service management using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Cybersecurity to expand my skills in security, compliance, and digital forensics.

I hold a Master of Science in Cybersecurity at the University of Hertfordshire, with coursework in digital forensics, penetration testing, cyber operations, and information security management. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, where I built a strong foundation in networking, operating systems, and distributed systems.
