I also worked closely with subcontractors to draft and manage contracts, process invoices, and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
In the area of marketing and communications, I contributed to website content updates, blog writing, and social media management, while collaborating with external marketing teams to align branding and outreach strategies. I managed client emails and phone inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
