My practice integrates Indigenous healing traditions, such as smudging, drumming, and sharing circles, with evidence-based approaches like EMDR, narrative therapy, and Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) couples therapy.

I am licensed in Alberta and offer virtual therapy sessions via the Jane app and in-person sessions in Calgary. I am actively working toward expanding my practice across Canada to increase access to culturally appropriate mental health care.

My Mission:
To create a safe, supportive space where individuals and families can reconnect with their inner strength, heal from trauma, and embrace their Sacred Being—their core self that remains whole and resilient despite life’s challenges.

Certifications & Education:
🎓 Master of Social Work (Clinical Practice Specialization) – Graduating June 2024

Advocacy & Leadership:
As a long-time member of the Otipemisiwak Metis Government and a council member for Calgary Elbow District 6, I am deeply committed to advocating for systemic change in mental health care and creating pathways for Indigenous healing. My work is inspired by my Blackfoot-Metis heritage and my family’s legacy of resilience and advocacy.

Looking Forward:
I am seeking opportunities to expand my impact in mental health and wellness through collaborative projects, teaching, or therapy. I am passionate about mentorship, mainly supporting Indigenous MSW students and emerging therapists.

Let’s connect if you’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring cultural competence, empathy, and innovation to your organization or project.
