o Responsibility Synopsis:

o Handling Secretary work and recruitment process at Head office.

   Secretary work -coordinate with Executive Manger of 7 Company to Scheduling meeting with  CEO and organizing meeting room 

 Checking stocks for stationery and refreshments daily on each floor and reporting back when supplies are required

Scanning, filing and distributing mail both electronically and physically

 Working on reception undertaking the following tasks:

• Answering the phone and transfer/take calls Receiving deliveries and distribute to staff• Maintenance of the meeting rooms, ensuring stationary item/ tea/coffee/soft drinks are fully stocked/LPO making/Sim card Billing/ Carinated with IT for Time tec.

Assisting 7 people in HR department, Group HR Manager/Senior HR Manager/HR officer/Administrator & personal officer for all the work.

 Hr. administrator work- Handling Recruitment process of identifying the jobs vacancy, analyzing the job requirements, reviewing applications, screening, shortlisting and selecting the right candidate for recruitment process Coordinated with Major Country’s Manpower agencies  o Including assisting Government Work QID renewal, apply for new visa, transferring sponsorship, car, ticket booking, Hotel booking, Quarantine booking and Planning Business trip for CEO, filing, invoice, Sim card billing Istimara renewal, computer card renewal, Baladiya renewal, apply for new health card, renewal of health card, Insurance of company and keeping employee’s insurance record and renewal, Legal file record. Employee’s cancellation process, arranging employee’s accommodation, Ticket and hotel.o Preparation of offer letters, termination letters, warning letters and all official communication as required by HR. o Administering Payroll. The payroll file should include all personnel additions/deductions of which include leave salary additions, unpaid days, expense claims, and OT calculations’ Lead the implementation of HR processes and policies across the division. Undertaking regular salary reviews.

o 4k Qatar W.L.L – Regional HR Administrator Sep 1 2020-1 Dec 2021.

o Responsibility Synopsis:

o Handling Saudi, Bahrain, Dubai and Head office Qatar all Hr. administrator work

including PRO Work QID renewal, apply for new visa, transferring sponsorship, car

Istimara renewal, computer card renewal, Baladiya renewal, apply for new health card,

renewal of health card, Insurance of company and keeping employee’s insurance record

and renewal, Legal file record. Employee’s cancellation process, arranging employee’s

accommodation, Ticket and hotel.

o Administering Payroll. The payroll file should include all personnel additions/deductions

of which include leave salary additions, unpaid days, expense claims, and OT calculations.

o Preparation of offer letters, termination letters, warning letters and all official

communication as required by HR.

Position Held: Travel Consultant – March 2018-March 2020

Duties and Responsibilities: - 

  • Responsibility to issuing tickets, cancellation refund, name change &create PNR on Galileo and Amadeus issues ticket. 
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
  • Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
  • Tallying at the end of the shift and submitting daily shift report.
  • Booking tickets for co-operates both domestics and international. 
  • Describe tour points of interested group members & respond to their questions. 
  • Select travel routes & sites to be visited based on knowledge of specific areas. 
  • Processing visa for co-operates customers.

Duties and Responsibilities: - 

  • Auditing of airlines tickets using GDS (AMADEUS & SHARES.)& client applications 
  • Knowledge of Sales, Refund and Exchange Audit on various threads like Seamen fares, published & corporate fares. 
  • Checking the airlines tickets issued by various agencies whether they are correctly issued or not, checking all the fare rules to identify the violations. 
  • Pilot Auditor - Worked on pilot project of Delta Airlines for fare audit 
  • Raising ADM to default travel agent, drafting process queries to client
