About Sarafina Francis:

Hello, my name is Sarafina Francis. I have been in the management position for approximately 10 years now. I am very organized and meticulous. I enjoy challenges and finding different solutions to any problems that may arise.  I am also currently and undergrad at Concordia University where I am studying Economics.

I have worked at Tim Hortons for approximately 10 years now. Three months into my training,  i became assistant manager then manager and now, general manager. I've managed over 50 employees at any given time and sales up to 3.5 million per year.

I am currently an undergrad at Concordia Universit  where I should graduate at the end of 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
