Sarah Francia

I’m a Bachelor of Education student at the University of Windsor with hands-on experience working with elementary-aged children in both classroom and one-on-one settings. I’ve worked as an in-school tutor with the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board, supporting students through individualized and small-group instruction, and as an Educational Kids Camp Coordinator, designing engaging learning activities for children ages 5–12.

I’ve also completed my first teaching practicum, where I supported daily classroom routines, lesson delivery, and small-group instruction, building strong skills in classroom management, communication, and adapting lessons to meet individual student needs. I’m patient, encouraging, and focused on helping children feel confident and supported while learning.

I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Education at the University of Windsor and have finished my first teaching practicum in an elementary classroom. My education includes hands-on classroom experience, lesson planning, small-group instruction, and supporting diverse learning needs, along with a strong foundation in communication and child development.
