While working with Authentic Check Service, Manoj Gupta & Associates, FIS Global Business Solutions and Genpact have likely given my exposure to different aspects of the industry and allowed me to develop kills and knowledge in various fields. Since I have worked with fin tech company for quite long and now I am willing to explore new career opportunities and as Canadian learning is more path oriented that’s why I am choosing marketing as my new passage.

My professional journey showcases diverse roles and responsibilities across various industries. Beginning as an Operations Associate at Authentic Check Services, I managed phone inquiries and administrative tasks. Transitioning to Manoj Gupta & Associates as an Accounts Associate, I engaged with clients, provided accounting solutions, and handled administrative duties. Joining FIS Global Business Solutions as a Chargeback Associate, my focus shifted to analyzing charge-back data, mitigating risks, and actively participating in meetings. My expertise expanded further at Genpact India as a Subject Matter Expert, where I not only continued charge-back analysis and risk management but also took on leadership roles by providing training, designing concepts, and assisting colleagues with issue resolution. Throughout my career, my adaptability, analytical skills, and leadership abilities have been evident in navigating various responsibilities within dynamic work environments.

I pursued my undergraduate studies at the University of Delhi, Lakshmibai College, where you obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from July 2015 to July 2018, graduating with a Second Division and a CGPA of 6.311. Building on this foundation, I ventured into postgraduate studies at Seneca Polytechnic College in Toronto, Canada, where I am currently pursuing a PGDM in Marketing Management starting from May 6, 2024. This academic trajectory reflects my commitment to continuous learning and my strategic focus on enhancing my skills and expertise in the field of marketing management.
