As a Developmental Service Worker (PSW), I help individuals who are elderly, unwell, or living with disabilities by assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and medication management. I also offer companionship and emotional support, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall quality of life while encouraging their independence.

I have recently graduate from the Fanshawe college with a Developmental Service Worker with an excellent grade. Along with that I got a chance to learn so many things about the people with disabilities. For instance, what are things they would like to do, how to solve the problem, how the things actually work to them, and so on. Overall, I had an amazing knowledge experience.
