About Sebastiane Manalang:

My name is Sebastiane from Montreal, Canada. I am currently working as a Launch Coordinator for Lightspeed Commerce. I mainly help our customers get the training and services they need in order to use our system for their business. Prior to this job, I have been in the customer service industry since 2016. I am fluent in Tagalog, English and French. Meanwhile, my Korean is in the intermediate level.

 

I can multitask and converse with a customer while providing the best service applicable I am a team player who can handle multiple responsibilities. I also have good problem solving skills thanks to my experience in customer service. 

 

I love travelling, music, and learning new languages and cultures.
