I am a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with over 8 years of experience leading manual and automated testing across Agile and DevOps environments. I have managed QA teams, developed and executed test strategies, and built automation frameworks using Robot Framework, Selenium, and Python to drive high test coverage for complex logistics and automotive systems. At Colissimo – La Poste, I led a QA team, defined KPIs, automated API testing with Postman and SOAP UI, and developed an AI agent using LLaMA models to support internal knowledge sharing. Previously, at Valeo, Hitachi STS, and ALTRAN (Bosch Automotive), I contributed to system integration projects, implemented CI/CD pipelines, and ensured compliance with standards like MISRA and ISO26262. I hold a Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the National School of Electronics and Telecommunications (ENET'Com) in Sfax, Tunisia. In addition to my academic background, I have earned key professional certifications, including ISTQB Certified Tester and Scrum Master PSM I, enhancing my expertise in software quality assurance, Agile methodologies, and test management.
