Highlights of my experience include leading the planning, design, and implementation of clinical systems such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Lab Information Systems (LIS), as well as system migrations and upgrades, business process improvements, in order to enhance productivity and improve performance while managing change. My roles have required me to lead diverse cross-functional teams, including overseeing training, coaching, and performance management, where I have managed all project stages, including planning, development of project scope, implementation and evaluation. In addition, I have extensive knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies, including SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall, as well as certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master, ITIL, and PROSCI Change Management Certification.
