I've recently moved to Kindersley from South Africa, and speak English with a home language proficiency. I have always had a great interest in computers and technology, which was nurtured by my grandfather, a former Siemens Computers technician.

I studied Mechatronic Engineering at the University of Cape Town and am experienced with soldering and electronics repairs. Building and modifying computers for my use and my peers and family is one of my hobbies, which also leads me to follow all the latest trends in the world of computers.

Junior Telecoms technician | Telkom SA: With Telkom South Africa, I learned the basics of installation and maintenance for LTE and Fibre internet infrastructure. My duties included the installation of fiber access points in homes and businesses, as well as the repair of damaged fiber lines.

Technical Writer and Copywriter | Linum Labs: At Linum Labs, I was responsible for drafting, editing, and copywriting all external documents which included privacy policies, cookie policies, client website content, blockchain whitepaper documents, press releases, and social media content. 

Content Writer | Connectica LLC: At Connectica, I create social media content in the form of articles, blog posts, and press releases. In doing so I’ve learned to create websites and media that are search engine optimized.

IT Support and Technician | Savvy Bathrooms: My responsibilities at Savvy Bathrooms were the design, installation, and maintenance of the company's entire IT structure, and extended to generating digital invoices and receipts, as well as keeping a database of current stock. As a technician, I was tasked with installing and fault-testing electronic plumbing devices and accessories from brands such as Dornbracht and Hansgrohe.

Project Manager | Solarrais (November 2018 – May 2019) Contact:  I was approached by Solarrais due to my experience in both low-power and high-power electronics, as well as my familiarity with South African building codes and safety standards. I oversaw the design and installation of full hybrid solar panel systems, and commissioned each installation to go live.

Bartender | Easy Company: Bartending honed my multitasking skills as well as developed strong coping mechanisms in high-pressure situations such as concerts and festivals, and my abilities to manage people.

Bartender | JC’s Brasserie and Pub: I obtained a Bartenders Certification and gained stock management skills. In this role, I improved my ability to communicate professionally and clearly with customers and other staff.

Student Engineer | Engineers Without Borders: I worked under qualified engineers and masters students to complete projects in Khayelitsha and Gugulethu, such as installing biogas generators.

University of Cape Town (2012 - 2014) Bsc Engineering Mechatronics My studies include the programming and utilization of microprocessors as well as the understanding of high power energy generation and low power circuit design. I had begun thesis research on radar and automation in
respect to self piloting drones. I left before graduating due to personal and health reasons.
