My education began with a bachelor's and master’s degree in plant biology and plant biotechnology, followed by a post-graduate diploma in project management from Fleming College in Ontario. This mixture has given me an excellent basis for scientific research, project management, and administrative tasks. In addition, I completed a psychology course at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which helped me better understand human behavior and improve my interpersonal skills.

In addition, I am certified in project management (CAPM), agile methodologies, and strategic human resource leadership. These qualifications and my hands-on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite qualify me to manage an end-to-end project life cycle.
