• Elicit requirements from project stakeholders using a variety of techniques including JAD, interviews and documentation, BRDs, functional & technical specifications, use cases.
• Create, validate, and update the technical documentation according to the Project Scope and Plan.
• Configuration of CST software products and modify templates and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics.
• Responsible for configuration, validation, testing, training and go-live phases of the software projects for multiple clients.
• Manage projects through status meetings, weekly reports, identifying risks, and tracking issues in Jira.
• Create Integration/Process flow diagrams on MS Visio as per the business standards, and get them validated by SMEs.
• Prepare management reports and analysis in MS Excel and assist stakeholders in determining the day-to-day activity.
• Track and manage action items with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) according to the Project Plan.
• Track Meeting Minutes and send the report to all the stakeholders.
