Shraddha sura

I am a dentist. I did my postgraduate work in paediatric dentistry. I am eager to do research in any field. I have a strong passion for working with children and providing them with the best dental care possible. My postgraduate studies in paediatric dentistry have equipped me with specialized knowledge and skills to address the unique needs of young patients. Additionally, my enthusiasm for research drives me to explore new advancements and contribute to the field of dentistry by conducting studies that can enhance dental practises and improve patient outcomes. 

I did practise as a consultant paediatric dentist in India after graduation. During my postgraduate studies, I have done many quantitative and qualitative research studies. I have also helped one of the colleagues do the randomised controlled trial. This experience has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in research methodology and data analysis. Additionally, I have presented my findings at various conferences and published several articles in reputable journals, further contributing to the field of paediatric dentistry. 

I recently completed my MA in Art in Health Care Leadership from Trinity Western University, Canada. I completed my master's in dental surgery in  paediatric dentistry , India in 2019. These educational experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in both the artistic and medical aspects of healthcare. I am now eager to apply my knowledge and skills in a leadership role within the field of art in healthcare, where I can contribute to improving patient well-being through creative expression and therapeutic interventions.
