Experience

  • Extensive experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile (Scrum) and Kanban methodologies with emphasis on the Analysis, Design and Testing phases
  •   Developed BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document) and worked on getting approval on the BRD/FRD documents from stakeholders and presented the same to the development and testing teams. 
  •  Inspected the Gap Analysis, SWOT Analysis to check the compatibility of the existing system infrastructure with the new business requirements. 
  •  Strong expertise in developing Use Case and Swim-lane Diagrams using MS Visio.
  •   Responsible for maintaining the Requirement Traceability Matrix to track the Analysis, Development and QA process. 
  • Experience with functional testing of both automation testing and manual testing on both desktop and mobile
  • Skilled with elicitation techniques like Interviewing, Brainstorming, Group Discussions and Questionnaire to capture inputs required for functional design which included detailed process maps, UI mockups.
  •  Aided in creating, updating and maintaining QA Artifacts, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Reports & Metrics to update required stakeholders. Software Methodologies Agile (Scrum), Kanban Content Management SharePoint
