•  Assisting with day-to-day banking needs such as providing information about the customers' accounts such as stop payments, processing payments and general customer service questions.
• Help customers build for a better future by providing guidance on how to maintain or build a solid credit history.
• Mitigating risk and fraud exposure to the bank, by applying the 5 C's of credit on every application.
• Asking discovery questions to better understand our clients’ financial needs and to understand the reason behind a negative report on their credit file. 
• Building a solid case study based on my personal judgment when a file needs an exception due to unmet requirements.
• Reviewing fraud warnings and payment history.
