Hello, I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about learning and personal growth. Experience

As a cashier, some of the typical duties and responsibilities include:

Greeting customers: As a cashier, you are often the first point of contact for customers, so greeting them warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere is an important part of the job.

Processing sales transactions: This involves scanning or manually entering items, entering prices, calculating discounts or promotions, and handling payments (e.g. cash, credit or debit card, gift card).

Maintaining accurate cash register: Keeping the cash register organized and maintaining accurate records of all transactions is essential to ensure that the business runs smoothly and to avoid discrepancies.

Providing excellent customer service: As a cashier, you should be knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the business, and be able to assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have.

Education

I'm studying Supply chain management in Fleming college, Peterborough. Supply chain management is a course that covers the principles, practices, and strategies involved in the coordination of the flow of goods and services from the supplier to the end customer. It aims to optimize the overall efficiency of the supply chain, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. The course typically covers topics such as logistics management, procurement, inventory management, transportation management, and demand planning. It also addresses the use of information technology in managing the supply chain, including the use of data analytics, forecasting, and decision-making tools. Teach us  how to analyze and design supply chain systems, identify and mitigate risks, and develop effective strategies for managing the flow of goods and services.
