I am a healthcare professional with vast experience of working in Organoid Technology, Biologics Industry, Novel Small Molecule Drug Discovery & Academic research lab.

During my tenure in National Centre for Cell Science, I have had opportunity to gain understanding & experience in virology. My association with Lupin Ltd, introduced me to Pharma Industry & has helped me gain comprehensive knowledge on various Molecular Biology techniques, development of anti-cancer assays, ELISA & biochemical assays. As part of my work in Biocon Biologics Ltd, I was involved in functional characterization of biosimilar drugs & developed various cell based & cell free assays. I got opportunity to oversee bioassay part for few projects & manage a small team of scientist while serving there. My role involved technical troubleshooting, data compilation & review, resource allocation & planning of work to meet timelines. Significantly contributed for submission of analytical similarity assessment/dossier for Bio-similar project, Bevacizumab to FDA and ROW market. During my time at STEMCELL Technologies, I gained expertise in Organoid technology & developed assays using intestinal organoids to support drug discovery efforts.

My long term goal is to utilize my learning & research experience and contribute towards better health of human kind.
