  • Prepared, scanned, and used computer (Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat) to sort, file and format closed legal documents to professional standard before being destroyed.
  • Transferred sensitive data - confidentiality agreement.
  • Operated printer and multifunction scanner/photocopier.
  • Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to provide assistance to the team.
  • Fostered positive connections with coworkers.
  • Ensured the workplace was clean and organized - sweeping, polishing, removing garbage.
