About Stephanie Lowry:

Stephanie has over 15 years working in Customer service. On the front lines of restaurants and behind the scenes in the Tech world.  In her spare time she enjoys keeping fit, playing golf, spending time with family and cooking gluten free meals.

Her problem-solving, people-centric nature, and compassion have afforded her excellent customer service skills. Having worked with Apple IOS products, system networking, API client database, SQL’s, Salesforce, Jira, Trello, Google workspace, Slack, ZenDesk, Microsoft office.

In her roles at Touch Bistro, assisted with training, and building training documents. Also taking part in many other projects with their development, product, onboarding, sales and marketing team for UAT testing and feedback. Another part of this role was to take on any complex  support escalations and de-escalate upset clients.
