I am a very hard working woman who owns a degree (AEC) as a Graphic Designer. Got over 20 years experience working in different customer service jobs, working, increasing my knowledge working with different computerized programs like Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point, Access , Outlook, Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Lightroom, Premiere), HTML, Javascript, CSS, PHP etc..

I do business cards, posters, flyers, photo retouching, collages.

Super creative. I love taking pictures at concerts too. Then retouching them on Photoshop.

I am someone who is willing to put in the work, listens, likes to work solo or in teams, always willing to learn something. I am also capable of getting things done in a time constraint schedule.

I have been singing for the last 37+ years. Vocally trained by my former mezzo-soprano choir director who had taught me alot about vocal techniques and vocal rest.

I have recently participated at the Arts Applause Event in Orlando which was a one week intensive bootcamp with singing, dancing, voiceover, monologues and modelling auditions. I was able to sing in front of music label producer and a US The Voice winner. Did some tv commercial and voiceover. It was a great experience overall and it's going to push me to go further in these fields

I have been working since the age of 16. Started at a boutique.

Then while continuing my education, I worked at non lucrative organization called ‘’Épilepsie Montréal". I did alot of desk tasks like answering the phone, sending emails and faxes, typed down some letters using Microsoft Word.

Then I did a temporary replacement at my dentist office at the time, replacing the receptionist. I was in charge of calling patients to confirm their appointments, had to put the clients files in order, filled out patients dental fees paperwork and sent copies to their insurance company.

I was then hired as florist clerk at a Loblaws grocery store. I had to make sure my department, counters, fridges and glasses were clean. I had to water the plants and flowers daily. The clients who wanted flower bouquets, I would wrap them. Same for the plants.

Then I was hired as a cashier at a grocery store called IGA (Marché Tellier)

I use the cash to make the clients pay their things, made sure to balance it daily, count it, assemble my debit cards, visa credit cards and mastercard credit cards receipts, count them and put them in order. I had to clean my counter, answer the phone at the cash 12 items and less, sell lottery tickets, refundable deposits on cans,  beer bottles etc.. I also made some phone orders for elder people who could not get to the store nor had someone to do it for them.

I got hired at Concentrix as a technical advisor. This company is dealing with all Apple products ( iphone, ipad, etc)

So I had to answer, give advices to customers relating to their product ( find a solution, direct them to an apple store etc..)

I would give advice regarding security updates, system requirements when it came to the Macbook 

Was able to apply my knowledge, help people across Canada, U.S and even France.

My most relevant one would be when I studied in Administration Sciences at the Collège Français.

It helped alot with the numbers when I had to cash in at my register, When I was enrolled in Graphic Design, I did have to use maths to measure with my ruler, whether digitally or with the real ruler. So it helped for sure.
