Experience

  • Managed Linux infrastructure, cloud platforms, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines with tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Github actions for more than 14 years
  • Designed and implemented Pivotal Container Service (PKS) platform as a proof of concept and authored documents for the professional services team
  • Experienced working with infrastructure automation, production deployment and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins)
  • Designed reference architecture for deployment of PKS using VMware NSX-T, as well as setting up the lab and composing documentation for onboarding clients to the PKS platform and its operations to aid professional services teams
  • Experience with architecting applications, using available technologies, and selecting technologies based on best practices and use cases with a comprehensive understanding of Systems Design
  • Facilitated training for developers and members of the tech community on Docker, Kubernetes, and IT Operations best practices to address recurring problems and incidents during releases and deployments
  • Strong work experience on Apache server 2. x migrations and implementing application environments from the ground up along with integrating middleware such as Apache Tomcat, Redis, Mongodb etc.
  • Experience with containerizing traditional applications such as webapp and API running on Spring boot, NodeJS and migrating from Virtual Machines (VM) to Kubernetes
  • Understanding and familiarity with a variety of build, testing, and quality tools, such as SonarQube and Maven
  • A mindset devoted to continuous learning and sharing of knowledge that focuses on technical and functional skills
