Hello    I am actively searching for a new job in administration and data entry.  I currently volunteer for an organisation helping mothers and their babies.  I have great knowledge of Office and have used Sage, Outlooks and Concur in the past.  I enjoy playing my trombone in the band Harmonie de Lachine

Administrative Clerk at a distributor company.  I did a number of tasks including taking orders, sending emails, solving complaints, accounts payable and receivable when required, providing documents for the drivers and answering phone calls.  

Receptionist at a fashionable eyewear company.  Managed front desk operations such as welcoming visitors and answering phone calls.   Also handling petty cash, management of invoices and expenses, replenishing office supplies and acting on repairs that require attention.  

National Health Service Administrative Officer.   Handled electronic and manual databases with sensitive information, booked patient appointments and patient transport, communicated with patients and healthcare staff, and filed and sent medical referrals on a punctual basis daily. 

Most relevant is a Diploma in Secretarial Studies, started in 2017 and finished in 2019 in Laval, Quebec.  

My highest level of education is a university degree in Business Studies; completed in 2001 in England.
