About Swathi Shri:

I am a Computer Science Engineering graduate from St. Joseph's Institute of Technology with a strong foundation in IT service management and Agile methodologies. For the past two years, I have been working with Freshservice, specializing in implementing and customizing solutions for IT teams and end-users. My experience includes designing ticketing forms, streamlining Change Management processes, and deploying systems for Asset and Software Management.

I excel in onboarding clients and helping them understand how to leverage Freshservice effectively to meet their organizational needs. I am also experienced in implementing features to enhance IT alerts and notifications, ensuring seamless communication and process efficiency.

I am passionate about problem-solving, customer engagement, and delivering tailored solutions that align with business goals.

I am a Computer Science Engineering graduate with nearly two years of experience in IT service management through Freshservice. My expertise includes implementing ticketing systems, optimizing Change and Asset Management workflows, and deploying solutions for Software Management and IT alerts. I have a strong background in onboarding clients, customizing platforms to meet organizational needs, and driving process efficiency. Currently, I am expanding my skill set with the Agile Project Management course on Coursera, deepening my ability to manage and execute projects effectively.
