He is an advanced user of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint, word and SAP GRC tools with proven leadership skills and demonstrated ability to inspire and improve team members’ performances.

Taiwo Onajobi is the Strategic Emergency Management and Business Continuity Advisor within the Safety and Community services Department of Southern Alberta Institute of Technology; a Calgary-based post-secondary institution and a leader in action-based learning and solution-focused research.

He has excellent research skills; great communication skills; strong analytical & problem-solving skills, time management, and ability to work under pressure. Until May 2022, Taiwo Onajobi was the Manager, Enterprise Risk & Business Continuity at IHS Towers. 
Prior to joining IHS Towers, Taiwo was the Business Risk, Insurance and Business Continuity coordinator at Lafarge Africa Plc, a member of Holcim Group. Prior to joining Holcim, Taiwo was the Enterprise Risk Program Manager of Pagatech (Digital Payments) Limited, Consumer Finance Division and he was responsible for supporting the Product development team. Prior to joining Pagatech, Taiwo was an Operational Risk Control Officer @ Zenith Bank plc. Before Zenith Bank, Taiwo worked for Chevron Nigeria Limited
