I’m a very enthusiastic and energetic person who always gives 100% in everything that I do. My career passion is Human Resources. I always enjoyed working with people and helping others. So I went to school and obtained my bachelor’s degree in business administration majoring in Human Resources. One of my favorite classes was recruiting, which later became one of my greatest strengths.My main responsibility in a HR role was managing all the recruiting process, which I love it. I was able to manage the whole recruiting process on time and meet all the deadlines. I also worked for the government of Alberta in administration, where I had the opportunity to combine and expand my human Resources experience with administration. Looking forward, I’m seeking for more responsibilities where I can grow as Human Resources professional, where I can advocate for employees, listening to their needs, and cultivate a positive workplace culture. I am passionate about obtaining a role as a Recruiter or Human Resources coordinator and contribute to a team and support their mission of delivering exceptional service and expertise.
