My name is Tenzing Saldon, and I am a nursing student set to graduate in December 2025. Over the past three years, I have had the invaluable experience of working closely with a Parkinson's patient, assisting him with activities of daily living, medication administration, and exercise routines.

In addition to my caregiving experience, I have gained substantial clinical experience at the UHN Spinal Cord Injury Ward. During my time at UHN, I have worked extensively with patients who have sustained spinal cord injuries, providing comprehensive care that includes health promotion, patient care planning, and developing therapeutic relationships. I utilized advanced technology and evidence-informed practices, including the use of Epic for electronic health records. My responsibilities also included patient assessment, implementing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for my patients.

These experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in nursing practice, a deep understanding of patient care, and the ability to effectively manage complex clinical situations. I am eager to bring my skills, compassion, and dedication to a professional nursing role and make a positive impact in the healthcare field.
